I am usually not a big soda drinker because of the calories & HFCS in regular sodas and the aspartame in diets but I do use soda in my adult beverages and when I have a sweet tooth. SodaStream is THE PERFECT healthier solution! DH is a soda lover and I hated seeing him consume 100+ calories per glass of regular soda- he LOVES all the Sodastream flavor varieties he has tried and is saving 66 calories PER GLASS!
