Like I said, I only need it so people have a place to see the photo galary after Ive given them my card. I dont really need to be on top of the google seach or anything. Sunday: Functional Fitness day-moving a friend up 2 flights of stairs in the 110* weather. Monday: Rest day.
Today's Recipe: Coconut Macaroon (reduced cal/fat option)
-5 1/3 cup flaked coconut (1 bag)
-1/3 cup all purpose flour
-1/4 tsp salt
-1 can fat free sweetened condensed milk
-2 tsp vanilla extract
In a bowl, combine coconut, flour, and salt. Add milk & vanilla; mix well (batter will be stiff). Drop by tablespoonsfuls 1 inch apart onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350* for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire rack. NOTE: the recipe says to bake for 15-20 min but mine were overcooked at 15 minutes. Maybe because I used FF S&C milk?
