Ugh, blogger is not cooperating so these arent spaced very well...
Workouts: Yesterday I was NOT feeling well at all so I ended up not exercising and going to be at 7pm. I slept all the way till 6:30 this morning. I'm feeling much better today though so I will up for a good w/o today.

Today's Recipe: Asian Stir Fry
-Chili Sauce to taste (clear bottlew/ the rooster on it, bright red sauce )
-Fish sauce to taste
-Soy sauce to taste
-sliced carrots
-chopped brocoli
-sliced onion
-thinly sliced flank steak
*sautee vegis in soy, fish, and chili sauces until crisp tender. Add sliced flank steak and cook through. Serve over brown rice. YUM! The chili sauce is spicy so use sparringly unless youre a spice lover like me!
