Today's Tip: SLEEP for your health

Stay healthy with sleep. Losing a few hours of sleep even one night can stress your immune system enough to trigger inflammation, which raises your chancess for heart disease and autoimmune disorders. Aim for 6-8 hours per night to stay healthy.
