-Bikini Bootcamp
*total w/o time 60 min + stretch

LOVE this w/o!!! I highly reccomend it. It was a nonstop sweatfest.

Today's Recipe: Turkey Club Sandwich
(This is my version of the club found in the Firm 14 Day Diet.)

-1 sandwich round (like the orowheat sandwich thins)
-3 oz turkey breast
-2 slices turkey bacon
-2 slices of avocado

Today's Tip: The Value of Onions

Onions have a variety of medicinal effects. Early American settlers used wild onions to treat colds, coughs, and asthma, and to repel insects.
