Yesterday: I started the 2nd Wilton cake class. I took #1 and #3 last fall and just now started course 2. We did button flowers and pansies last night. One of my pansies is a bit too curly but it was my 1st try. I will try to do up some more for practice and save them for a future cake. ( Custom cakes by Lindsey Lu. Phoenix custom cakes. Custom cupcakes Phoenix wedding cakes. )Today: I think Im going to try & switch my work schedule around so I can start exercising after work instead of at 5:40 am. Im just so exhausted that early sometimes that I feel like my w/o's are probably suffering. If I can come in 30 min earlier and take only a 30 min lunch (instead of 1 hour) I can get out of here by 4:30 and w/o before dinner. Then I can stay up an hour later in the evenings too since I wont have to wake up till 6:30. As soon as everyones in a good mood around here I will approach my boss. Wish me luck!
