1.11.10: Workouts!

I have been out of town visiting my sister, BIL, nephew, and my mom. I got to meet my new nephew <3

So I have had some rest days. I will consider it a recovery week. We all need those from time to time anyways.

Today's Workout:
-Firm Bootcamp Maximum Calorie Burn
-Firm Ab Sculpt (8 min)
*total w/o time 55 min + stretch

Thursday - Sunday- Rest days!

Wednesday's Workout:
-Firm Cardio Sculpting Balls (Cardio AbSession mix)
-Firm Supercharged Sculpting
*total w/o time 60 min + stretch
Our infomercial group has a private Facebook "motivation" group. This w/o combo was Joannes challenge for the week! Last week Jen's challenge was to do 2 Wave w/o's-which I did. Yay me.
